The connotations of the words shimmer and shine is that they are glamorous appealing to the target audience of teenage girls; the target audience being teenage girls can also be seen by the hot pink glowy letters as-well as the font looking like a scrap book (hearts around the i's) that would draw teenage girls attention.
The connotations of the words styling sass is that anyone can be stylish. This appeals to teenage girls also shown by the pink / red text making the heading stand out with the white boarder. The cursive serif font connotes luxury appealing to aspirers.
